Uumm... may I ask.. Why is everything categorized by the wrong letter O_O

It is categorized by first name. Also, it starts from the left and goes from up to down on the list. They aren't being categorized by the wrong letter, but they are grouped by first names instead of last names(family names) which the Japanese usually call each other by in an act of respect.
