Elliot was Erio's father and Meme's "husband" (Elliot and Meme wanted to marry each other but he "disappeared"). It is vaguely told that he is deceased but it's not accurate.
Appearance
Not much is seen from Elliot in the flashbacks in the anime, only that he has platinum colored hair. His eyes aren't shown and we only know his appearance as a kid/teen.
