Makoto is a high school student and the main protagonist of the story, who transfers into the city after his parents go overseas.

Appearance

He has short, black hair and greyish eyes. He wears a school uniform when going to school and simple, casual wear when going outside.

Personality

He has a calm and collective personality but at times tries to go along with the flow and replies with a careless answer ("I see") when he thinks the person whom he is talking to is making no sense at all.

Relatioships

Touwa Meme (Aunt): He has a good relationship with his aunt. Although he finds her weird, because she often tells Makoto to be her husband. They're in good terms, but sometimes Makoto chooses to ignore her due to her weirdness. 

Touwa Erio (Cousin): They're so close. She calls him, Ittoko which means cousin. He finds her weird because of their first meeting. After discovering her past, he tried to help her in many ways. After the operation-fly, Erio finally agreed to act normally like a person, not like an alien. Since then, they become really close. He even joins her in her activities like Stargazing and baseball. There's a hint that Makoto is interested in her. He blushes whenever she's around, and helps her in bad times, and didn't avoid her even though he knew that he might end up being ignored by his classmates.
